How far can a rental e-bike travel?
Our published estimate is up to 75 km. Actual range varies with rider and luggage weight, hills, tyre pressure, assistance level and how much you pedal.
What do I need on pickup day?
Bring one valid photo ID such as a driver licence or passport, plus a credit or debit card for the security pre-authorisation.
Can I test ride before renting?
Yes. Contact the Indooroopilly team to arrange a suitable time.
What is the cancellation policy?
The current published policy provides a full prepaid refund for cancellations made more than 24 hours before pickup. Cancellations within 24 hours and no-shows are not refunded. Confirm the applicable terms during booking.
